In Ancient Japan when a Samurai loses his honor his choice is to either go rogue and become a Ronin, or commit Seppuku.
Seppuku is the art of killing yourself when you have dishonored your eternal oath, you reclaim your honor by killing yourself and giving yourself a slow and agonizing death.
Now let’s compare this to modern times.
In 2012 this Samurai had a chance to cement his legacy by sabotaging the progression of Shogun, a narcissistic young boy who could not be trusted with power, or so he thought.
In ancient times a Shogun was an army leader, someone who built an empire for himself.
2017: The Samurai becomes a Ronin. He fails his mission to completely sabotage Shogun. The Rogue Samurai realizes he was being played by his masters all along and the real goal was to intellectually awaken Shogun.
2021: Ronin, the persona non grata is now entrenched in his arrogance. Ronin, the Arrogant Samurai thinks he can deal himself out of the Samurai life. Big mistake. You don’t ever leave this life unless you want to die.
2022: Shogun decides to get revenge on the Rogue Samurai. Shogun sees the Rogue Samurai’s entrenchment in his arrogance. This arrogance is a weakness that is easily exploitable. The Shogun puts a target on his back by luring the Rogue Samurai to Shogun in hopes that the arrogant Samurai attempts to kill or ends up killing Shogun.
The Rogue Samurai is too arrogant to understand that he’s being framed. Even as he reads this manifesto he will still try and kill Shogun. This arrogance is caused by the fact that the Rogue Warrior thinks he can deal his way out.
—[[[Killing Ronin, the Rogue Samurai is not Shogun’s intention. Shogun wants to keep him alive so he can be tortured by his arrogance to think he wasn’t being framed for murder.
3 ways Ronin, the Rogue Samurai will try to kill Shogun. Make him think suicide is acceptable, have a drug addict commit it, or poison him.
5 steps ahead of the curve Shogun is. He realizes how weak the Rogue Samurai is. He takes whatever the Rogue Warrior gives him as the Rogue Warrior has no leverage.
No surrender. Both Shogun and Ronin refuse to surrender. This will end with both men dead.
Exacting revenge for Shogun is to keep Ronin alive and make him suffer the consequences of his arrogance.
Prison of mind for Shogun will be lifted once the Rogue Samurai takes the bait.]]]—
